This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.
ResponsibilitiesAscension Sacred Heart is looking for a certified APP (will consider both NP and PA applicants) to join our Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team in Pensacola, FL. Surgical experience is preferred.
Position Highlights:
- Join an established and busy orthopedic trauma practice
- Level II Trauma Center
- Live and work on the beautiful Gulf Coast of FL
- Surgical experience strongly preferred
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physician Assistant credentialed from the Florida Physician Assistants obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program. Master’s degree preferred.
Work Experience:
- 1 year of experience preferred.
