Program ContextCabot Heights provides behavioral health services to boys between the ages of 13 to 17 in a group home residential setting.
RoleThe Behavior Health Technician Manager is responsible for the accountability/implementation of the clinical model in the program. This position will oversee day-to-day operation of a residential program: staffing coverage, active treatment program planning and compliance. Provide direct supervision of staff to ensure the delivery of quality services.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development).
- At least three (3) years’ experience working directly with seriously emotionally disturbed children.
- Two (2) years’ supervisory experience.
- Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families, as required.
- Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.
Base pay ranges from $20.2255 - $21.8558 an hour based on experience.
