Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all clinical and administrative operations of the agency
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to manage patient intake, inquiries, and care assessments
  • Supervise skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
  • Direct billing, payroll, and data entry activities
  • Develop and manage budgets while ensuring the financial success of the agency
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of care
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN): Must hold a current, valid RN license in the State of Florida
  • Home Health

    Experience:

    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Registered Nurse
    • At least one (1) year of full-time direct patient care experience in a home health setting
    • Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive results in a healthcare environment
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ethics & Teamwork: Commitment to high ethical standards and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented culture
  • Technology

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare management systems
