Director – Imaging Services is responsible for management and oversight of day‑to‑day operations of imaging departments across the Baptist Health Care system. This includes inpatient, outpatient, Baptist Medical Parks, and Andrews Institute imaging services, ensuring alignment, financial viability, access, clinical coverage, efficiency, cost, supply chain initiatives, and growth initiatives. The role aligns imaging initiatives to improve quality and cost‑effectiveness, oversees personnel management, resource allocation, and control to enhance patient care.

The director oversees diagnostic, ultrasound, CT, nuclear medicine, PET‑CT, MRI, and women’s imaging departments, governs director‑level administrative and clinical operations, promotes regulatory compliance, and ensures compliance with professional冏,b state, and federal standards.

• Contribute to strategic development and implementation of imaging programs tied to growth opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations and productivity of all facilities, managing alignment to the BHC system.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate services programs that ensure safe clinical practice.
• Identify problems, implement solutions, and communicate effectively.
Monitor compliance with regulatory, accrediting, and hospital policy for patient services, personnel management, and environmental safety; oversee a QA program.
• Seek new program strategies and enhancements, reviewing resources and impacts, and submit proposals to nő leadership.
• Represent the hospital to allied healthcare professionals, physicians, and team members.
• Maintain a charging and billing system to ensure correct charges and distribution.
• Attain all agreed goals and objectives within specified time frames.
• Deliver quality services in accordance with policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Manage team members: orientation, development, evaluation, recruitment, and performance coaching.
• Ensure fiscal management and proper utilization of resources.
• Communicate departmental, organizational, and industry information to staff.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• May be required to remain on campus before, during, and after severe weather or disasters.

• 7–9 years of imaging experience required.
• 5 years of imaging management/leadership experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Business, or Administration required.
• Certified Radiology Technologist licensed in the State of Florida required.
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) required.
