• Provide services including the latest cuts, the best finishing, and the industry’s top chemical services
• Determine client needs and ensure a superior client experience

• License:
  You must maintain a current cosmetology license in the state you are applying
• Results:
  Solve problems and make decisions that drive sales, profit, or customer service; execute work efficiently and effectively; inspire strong performance
• Ownership:
  Provide great customer service; cooperate and build positive, inclusive, and respectful relationships; take accountability for actions and outcomes
• Intensity:
  Proactively improve the customer experience; act with energy and urgency

• Pay Range USD $11.00/Hr - USD $16.00/Hr
• Flexible scheduling
• Set your own service pricing (where applicable)
• Commission-based incentives on service sales (50 - 70% depending on credential level and productivity)
• Artistic paid training
• 10% retail commission with a service
• Up to $1,000 bonus for qualified candidates
• Client acquisition programs
