Description
To assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications. To collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquiries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation.

Shift & ReportingShift (Time): 8:00am-4:30pm (in respective time zone), Monday through Friday, no weekends required.
Campus Reporting Type:
Hybrid; first 6 months contractor will be required to be on site four days per week in Pensacola, FL. After the first six months they will reduce to two days per week depending on performance and existing hybrid requirements.
Training:
In Person, Instructor Led Course 8:00-4:30pm CST / 9:00-5:30pm EST.
Time off policy:
Can be flexible as long as it's outside of training.
Virtual panel interview.
Basic Day-to-Day- Support and communicate with Loan Officers and Members
- Obtaining minimum required docs from Member to assist in approvability of the loan
- Working the loan from pre‑app to post‑app
- Calculate income, analyzing asset statement
- Updating loan operating systems
- Volume:
Pipeline via Jetpack to manage case load—averaging 45‑60 applications total per person, which can ramp up during busier times of the year. - Personal Log/Queue:
They will receive assignment notifications which will be in their "Personal queue". The LO has already completed the set up so the MLO can use it as a guide to complete what is needed in the application. - Phone: 50% of the job – daily phone contact to members for certain tasks; other tasks will be virtual contact.

- Mortgage/Real Estate/Financial Institution experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED

Pay & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
