Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Financial Advisor role based in Pensacola, FL. The Associate Financial Advisor will assist in building and managing client relationships by conducting financial planning, providing investment advice, and supporting retirement planning efforts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing clients' needs, preparing financial plans, conducting financial reviews, and supporting business development initiatives to meet clients’ financial goals effectively. Collaboration with senior advisors and adherence to regulatory standards are central to this position.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience serving in a paraplanner or financial advisor role.
  • Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Financial Planning and Retirement Planning strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Investments, and market trends.
  • Experience in providing Financial Advisory and investment solutions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Requirement to have or obtain the CFP designation.
