Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday–Friday, Possible OT)
Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour (W2)

Join a team driving innovation and operational excellence as a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will ensure all manufacturing and facility equipment operates at peak performance, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment startup, support, and calibration.
- Oversee equipment upgrades and modifications to maintain “As New” performance and appearance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize operations.
- Plan, manage, and execute small‑scale equipment and facility projects.
- Conduct and enforce Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supervise contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and coordinate mechanical assemblies.
- Communicate critical program and engineering updates to teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades, process changes, or obsolescence.
- Apply Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues effectively.
- Mentor and train maintenance technicians in advanced troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and common commercial components with practical application skills.
- Hands‑on experience with PLCs;
Lean methodology experience is a plus. - Understanding of engineering standards, safety codes, and facility infrastructure (boilers, compressors, etc.).
- Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
AutoCAD experience is a plus. - Three to five years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering disciplines, or entry‑level candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, or equivalent experience.
