About the Role

Join a team driving innovation and operational excellence as a Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will ensure all manufacturing and facility equipment operates at peak performance, supporting safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment startup, support, and calibration.
  • Oversee equipment upgrades and modifications to maintain “As New” performance and appearance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize operations.
  • Plan, manage, and execute small‑scale equipment and facility projects.
  • Conduct and enforce Job Safety Analyses (JSA) to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supervise contractors (plumbers, electricians, etc.) and coordinate mechanical assemblies.
  • Communicate critical program and engineering updates to teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Lead FMEAs for equipment upgrades, process changes, or obsolescence.
  • Apply Root Cause Analysis to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or process issues effectively.
  • Mentor and train maintenance technicians in advanced troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and best practices.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and common commercial components with practical application skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLCs;
    Lean methodology experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of engineering standards, safety codes, and facility infrastructure (boilers, compressors, etc.).
  • Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Three to five years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering disciplines, or entry‑level candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, or equivalent experience.
