Instrumentation and Controls Engineer – Mid, Senior & Principal Levels

Become a part of ENERCON as an Instrumentation and Controls Design or Project Engineer. We are seeking talented I&C Engineers at all experience levels, from early‑career professionals to principal engineers.

• Develop design studies, prepare engineering calculations and analyses, attend project meetings, perform walkdowns, and mentor junior employees.
• Create accurate engineering deliverables that exceed industry codes, standards, and client expectations.
• Develop engineering documents that meet and surpass client, ENERCON, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously enhance expertise in industry codes, safety culture, and advanced design techniques.
• Deliver exceptional engineering solutions aligning with rigorous quality assurance programs.
• Build strong client connections through clear communication and professional engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated designs meeting diverse project requirements.
• Engage directly on site, performing detailed plant walkdowns to ensure compliance with the highest engineering standards.

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience designing electrical systems.
• Experience in engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial, energy, or government projects preferred.
• Strong written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor and effectively in teams.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for federal contracts.
• Senior Engineers typically have 7+ years post‑graduate experience;
  Principal Engineers usually have 10+ years.

USD $90,000 – $177,450 per year.
