Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach

Overview

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. We coach at more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually. We are seeking Youth Sports Instructors to work with preschool and elementary age children as coaches and teachers.

• Starting Pay - $20 - 28 per hour (commensurate on experience)
• Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more

• Paid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer Coaching
• Ability to promote to Full-Time salaried employee

• Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma
• Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Must be 18+ years old to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check

Monday through Friday 8:30am–6:00pm;
Saturdays 8:30am–12:00pm

• Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
• Implement our curriculum focused on skill and character development
• Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage class rosters
