We seek talented, experienced individuals who celebrate childhood, and are excited about incorporating character education and service to the community in their work with students. Strong candidates also will cultivate critical thinking and learning skills through differentiated instruction, project-based learning, and the use of thoughtfully designed assessments that help prepare students to function in our increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.

• Lead a classroom where creative, hands-on, and collaborative learning is employed to deliver a 21st century classroom experience.
• Incorporate character education and service to the community in work with students.
• Cultivate critical thinking and learning skills through differentiated instruction, project-based learning, and the use of thoughtfully designed assessments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field required.
• Montessori experience, training or certification preferred.
• At least two years of relevant classroom teaching experience.

• Pre-Primary Lead Teacher (ages 3-5) – CLA seeks full-time early childhood teachers for the 2026-27 school year.
• Full-time position, 10 month employee.
