Required Skills:

Valid medical license to practice in Florida
Board certification or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Proven experience as an OB Hospitalist or similar role
Exceptional clinical skills in obstetric emergencies and routine care
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of hospital protocols and policies
Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Previous locum or temporary staffing experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2 years’ post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics
Active FL medical license or eligibility for licensure
Current ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications

Other Requirements:

Available to start on December 31, 2025
Willingness to work during weekends shifts as specified
Compliance with all hospital and state healthcare regulations
Must hold or be eligible for applicable professional licenses and certifications
Able to travel if required and documentations are in order
