A premier anesthesia practice in Pensacola, Florida, invites a skilled Anesthesiologist to join its cohesive team of 14 anesthesiologists and over 50 CRNAs. Operating in a collaborative care team model at a single hospital, this role emphasizes supervising CRNAs while delivering top-quality anesthesia care. • Compensation: $600,000 annually as a 1099 contractor with 11 weeks off.
• Work Schedule:
  • 1:6 call schedule with a 30-minute response time.
  • Weekday call:
    Monday-Friday, 1:00 p.m.
    
    -7:00 a.m., with post-call day off.
  • Weekend call:
    Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 p.m.
    
    -7:00 a.m., with Monday off.

• Case Types:
  • Work in a Level II Trauma center with no transplant or cardiac cases.
  • Focus on healthy pediatric cases and limited OB (averaging 65 deliveries annually).
  • CRNAs manage in-house night duties and epidurals.
  • Complex trauma, pediatric, and OB cases are referred to nearby Level I Trauma and Women's & Children's hospitals.
• Practice Focus: Staffing a single hospital fosters a streamlined workflow, allowing you to build strong relationships with CRNAs and deliver exceptional patient care.
