Work Schedule (Hybrid/Onsite): Between 10:30 AM – 11:00 PM CST (8.5‑hour shifts within a 9.5‑hour window)

We are seeking dependable and service‑driven individuals to join a leading financial institution as Member Service Representatives (MSRs). As an MSR, you will play a crucial role in providing empathetic, professional, and solution‑oriented support to members through inbound calls. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to resolving account‑related inquiries quickly and accurately while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Handle inbound calls and assist members with account servicing needs
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve account concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance procedures

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools to assist members
• Reliable and punctual, especially during training

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.50/hr.
