Massachusetts and the surrounding states. This position will support multiple projects concurrently and projects may be in more than one location. Projects will range in construction costs from $500K to $50M and involve management of all phases of work from site selection, pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, A/E/C team selection, design and construction management, FF&E procurement and installation, equipment planning and move coordination.

- Perform field inspections and audits to verify compliance with contract documents, construction drawings, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, RFI's, and submittals to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Track and document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to enforce quality standards and resolve issues.
- Oversee and inspect construction activities to verify workmanship, alignment, and adherence to project requirements.

- Support pre-installation meetings, punch lists, and final inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations, and industry best practices
Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required
3+ years of related construction project management experience with construction building projects
Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in building construction and the ability to recognize faulty construction or hazardous conditions
Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
OSHA 30 certification
