What You'll Do
- Perform automotive service and repair work accurately and efficiently according to repair orders
- Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engines, brakes, transmissions, steering, suspension, and A/C
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment to troubleshoot auto repair issues
- Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance
- Communicate with Service Advisors about recommended repairs and timelines
- Complete warranty repairs following Ford and Lincoln manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace
- Ford or Lincoln Certified Technician preferred
- 1+ year of automotive technician or mechanic experience (Ford or Lincoln dealership experience a plus)
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
- Comfortable using computer-based repair and maintenance systems
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
