Overview
Performs accurate, timely and organized administration for operations within the marina and service departments. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Supports the Service & Marina departments with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Tasks- Provide an exceptional customer experience for all customers.
- Assist the Marina Manager with ensuring a safe and profitable operation of all indoor & outdoor storage faccilities.
- Organizes and tracks daily boat moves and schedule to optimize service efficiency
- Assists marina manager and general manager with facility maintenance and operation
- Assists yard team foreman with scheduling and overall facility organization
- Works with the service manager to schedule service repairs while boats are in storage during the winter months.
- Works with the service and sales team to prepare estimates for Brokerage, Pre-Owned and Storage boats.
- Directs and schedules maintenance on building facilities and grounds.
- Coordinates with department managers and determines when maintenance issues will require the use of a licensed contractor and is responsible for scheduling and planning all work.
- Help track warranty jobs and claims in process and works with the parts department to send/receive warranty part replacements
- Generates reports on efficiency for all departments and provides solutions and correspondence as required to improve the overall store operation and profitability as well as helping to maintain filing in all departments.
- Assists service advisors and service manager with scheduling, coordinating and following-up on sublet contractors.
- Schedule, coordinate and follow-up on yard maintenance.
- Schedule, coordinate and follow-up on Captains schedules.
- Finalize and invoice work orders.
- Procure quotes and assist with scheduling internal and external boat moves for sales and service
- O ther duties as assigned.

- Works within the system in a resourceful manner to accomplish reasonable work goals and meet established deadlines.

- Organize and maintain complex record and filing systems.
