Skilled Joiner​/Boatbuilder

We are currently looking to recruit a Skilled Joiner / Boat builder.

You will be involved in high‑quality joinery and interior fit‑out work on bespoke sailing yachts, including bench joinery and installation on the boats.

• Bench joinery, including bulkheads and furniture units
• Installation of bulkheads, panels, furniture, fittings, and linings
• Scribing and fitting units in timber and GRP, trimming and adjusting for a perfect fit
• Fitting deck hardware, portlights, and hatches

• Strong joinery skills and experience in boat joinery and fit‑out
• Work methodically with excellent attention to detail
• Be able to work effectively as part of a close‑knitted team
• Take pride in producing high‑quality craftsmanship

• Ability to read, understand, and work from CAD drawings
• Experience in other boat building disciplines

• Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum
