As a Field Service Technician you’ll be part of a nationwide, progressive team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing crucial systems that keep our clients' forecourts fully operational.

We provide a comprehensive training program to develop your electro/mechanical engineering skills and prepare you for advanced technical roles.

These are salaried positions with overtime and the potential for additional earnings. You’ll receive a company vehicle from day one and a host of benefits, including professional progression and stability.

Based in Penrith or surrounding areas.

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical and mechanical systems at client sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues on site within the first 24 hours
• Document service tasks and maintain accurate work logs
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineering and facilities teams to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Electro/mechanical engineering background or equivalent experience
• Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently in field environments
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to client sites
