Team Leader; Trading

Team Leader (Trading) 18 years+

Advertised Salary: £13.30ph

Contract:

36.75hrs, overtime up to 39 Hours.

Must be able to work 1 weekend day per week. Weekdays will be a mix of 8 hour shifts in the window of 6am to 10:30pm.

Previous retail experience required.

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As Team Leader you will oversee the functionality of a team by determining the goals that colleagues will work towards each shift, providing guidance, instruction on how to approach a task and leading by example. You will be responsible for the review of safe and legal records to ensure daily completion on your shifts.

In the absence of senior management you will have the responsibility of duty manager of the store.

Due to the requirement of the role you will be required to be flexible in your approach and will be required to start early, work late up to midnight, weekends and public holidays. In view of this and in line with the Working Time Directive applicants must be aged 18 and over.
