Join B&M Retail as a Replenishment Supervisor at Bridge Lane, Penrith.

Position:
Permanent, part‑time (30 hours per week) with flexibility for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

As a Replenishment Supervisor you support the Replenishment Manager to ensure the warehouse, store fill levels and stock control are maintained to deliver the best store standards for our customers.

• Provide colleagues in the team with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Support the management team to ensure the warehouse is kept clean and organised.
• Ensure that all staff comply with our Health & Safety policies.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Be passionate about delivering great customer service.

• Experience supervising/managing a small team in a fast paced retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
