Role Overview :As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be a key member of our bar and restaurant team, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. You will display passion, drive, and attention to detail, consistently delivering 5-star service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Create a friendly and professional welcome for all guests using the bar and restaurant.
- Deliver memorable guest experiences, maintaining the resort’s high standards of service at all times.
- Attend regular service training to continually develop skills and improve performance.
- Ensure the bar and restaurant areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and make recommendations to enhance guest choices.
- Prepare drinks to a high standard behind the bar.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service.
- Serve food to tables and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Build excellent product knowledge to answer guest queries confidently.
- Assist guests with additional requests to enhance their experience, such as providing local information and recommendations.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional personality.
- Self-motivated and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Works well as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in a 5-star hospitality environment.
- High personal presentation, reflecting the resort’s standards.
- Previous experience in a bar, waiting, or food & beverage role is advantageous but not essential.
