Duty Manager – Penrith Premier Inn

We’re currently recruiting a Duty Manager at Premier Inn Penrith. Working 24 hours per week, paying up to £13.36 per hour.

Pay Rate – Up to £13.36 per hour

Contract Type – Permanent (no zero‑hour contracts)

Hours – 24 hours a week across 3 days – evenings and weekends included

Location – 2 Common Garden Square, Penrith New Squares, Penrith, CA11 7FG

What You’ll Do

Join our team at Penrith Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high‑performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
