Role Description

The Flexi Admin Crisis Worker is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Penrith. Responsibilities include providing critical administrative support to healthcare services, assisting in financial processes such as invoicing, and effectively managing customer service inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring the timely organization of information, and collaborating closely with clinical colleagues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while contributing to a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Administrative Processes and ability to organize and manage records efficiently
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse groups of people professionally and empathetically
  • Experience with Invoicing and Finance‑related duties such as managing financial documentation
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and trauma‑informed environment
  • Proficiency with relevant office software and technology
  • Adaptability and problem‑solving skills to handle sensitive or emergency situations
