We are working in partnership with a well‑established, family‑run nursery group to recruit an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager for one of their thriving early years settings.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education in line with:

• EYFS framework
• Ofsted requirements
• Internal policies and procedures

You will lead, mentor and develop the staff team, fostering a positive and professional culture, while building strong relationships with families and external professionals. You will also ensure the nursery is fully prepared for inspections and continuous improvement.

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Proven senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
• Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
• GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or willingness to obtain within 2 years
