The Warehouse Associate is an order picker, whouses a RF scanner to pick orders and pushes acart for transporting these orders. The warehouse associatemoves the cart through theaisles and accurately picks the corresponding products from product bins. The product is placed in a designated spot on the cart. Small items are bagged or banded together for easier identification before being placed on the cart.

The warehouse associateis responsible for verifying the product during the picking process and may also verify during the packing process. When finished the order picking process, the cart is taken to a staging area. The warehouse associaterepeats the process for anew series of orders.

Warehouse associates will have opportunities to cross train inshipping, receiving, order checking, order packing and other positions within the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to stand and walk in a warehouse space for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Able to climb a ladder to retrieve items on higher shelves.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with archery product or working in a pick/pack facility a plus.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
