The Forklift Operator plays a key role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting material movement, order fulfillment, shipment preparation, and overall inventory accuracy. This role helps ensure efficient product flow and high-quality service in a climate-controlled distribution setting.

• Unload inbound shipments while ensuring accurate receipt of products, packing supplies, and sundry items by verifying correct item, lot number, quantity, and material condition.
• Place materials into appropriate storage locations and maintain accurate location records.
• Perform fast-paced picking of customer orders, ensuring correct item, lot number, and quantity.
• Prepare outbound orders in a customer-friendly manner, including inspecting cartons and packaging materials safely into boxes, containers, and pallets to protect products during shipment.
• Follow departmental SOPs consistently.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Standards and Environmental, Health, and Safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum of two years’ experience in general warehouse or manufacturing environments
• Good attendance record and commitment to teamwork

• Previous forklift experience (training provided if not)

• Forklift operation
• Order picking
• Inventory handling

• SAP warehouse management familiarity
• Voice picking experience
• Palletizing and packing accuracy

• Compliance with SOPs
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for item/lot verification
