• Safely unload tractor-trailers in a fast‑paced warehouse setting
• Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided)
• Break down and restack pallets
• Handle freight weighing 25–80 lbs throughout the shift
• Work in varied warehouse temperatures (from
  -20°F to 110°F)

• Lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat for most of the shift
• Handle 25–80 lb cases and move 50–200+ pallets daily
• Work in temperatures from
  -20°F to 110°F
• Hear, understand, and respond to speech, machinery alarms, and safety alerts in a moderate to loud environment

• Warehouse experience is preferred (order picking, forklift, etc.) but other physical work experience (construction, landscaping, etc.) is also valued
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, and twist most of the workday
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work the required schedule

• Good verbal / written communication skills
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co‑workers, management, and customers
• Ability to work in a team environment
