• Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments from trucks, containers, or storage areas while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes by verifying inventory counts and ensuring proper documentation.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure mechanical safety and report any maintenance needs.
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials for storage or dispatch in a timely manner.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated heavy equipment operation skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse environments.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and construction-related heavy lifting tools such as pallet jacks and clamp trucks.
• Strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes and inventory control procedures.
• Prior experience in warehouse r roles or leadership positions is a plus but not required.
