- - Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch vendors or independent contractors to appropriate locations using dispatch software;
Communicate all pertinent data to vendors at the time of dispatch;
Receive input, distribute On Demand work orders, PODs, and manifests, and prepare reports;
Serve as a contact person for all vendors within their route territories and inform them about traffic problems and other hazards;
Provide excellent customer service and keep customers notified of route changes or on demand delays
