Warehouse Operators are responsible to handle, move, load and unload, stack, and count materials by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of various material handling equipment and may be required to perform order picking, packaging, shipping, or receiving duties. Operate loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks, railway cars and loading docks of warehouses and industrial establishments.

Operate industrial trucks, tractors, loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses. May perform other activities, such as opening containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.

• Handle, move, load and unload, stack, and count materials by hand or with material handling equipment.
• Operate loading devices to load and unload materials onto and off trucks, railway cars, and loading docks.
• Operate industrial trucks, tractors, loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses.
• Assist with order picking, packaging, shipping, or receiving duties as required.
• Open containers and crates, fill warehouse orders, assist in inventory counts, and weigh/check materials as needed.
