We’re excited to be opening a brand-new location in Mt. Pocono, PA, and with this expansion we are hiring for multiple positions. This is a unique opportunity to join Monster Energy at the ground level of a new operation and be part of building something from the start.

In the exhilarating role of Dispatcher at Monster Energy, you will be at the heart of our dynamic operations, fueling efficiency and precision. Imagine orchestrating the daily schedules and devising strategic routes for our commercial driver team, all aimed at ensuring timely and impactful deliveries. Your role will involve documenting vital routine maintenance, meticulously maintaining driver records, and capturing critical route data.

Uphold the Monster Energy standard by ensuring compliance with our company policies and championing the enforcement of safe driving habits. This position is your chance to power our operations with the same energy and excitement that define our iconic lifestyle brands!

• Schedule customer delivery appointments, production shuttling, and any other moves to support the business needs. Use the proper channels for all scheduling.
• Support communication with all drivers throughout the day as you route them to successfully executing the routes. Communication must be performed in a manner that is not distracting to the drivers.
• Daily audit of drivers Hours of Service, Dash Cam Events, and Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports. Any defects must be corrected in a timely manner. Support driver needs in the event of a vehicle break down.
• Use of our Telematics systems to keep track of driver locations. Keep current locations saved for mapping, reporting, and routing features. Update fleet and driver information as needed.
• Maintain on time frequency of our equipment maintenance intervals. Usage of our providers software is highly recommended. Perform random inspections of tractor/trailers to ensure cleanliness.
• Communicate daily of how the routing progresses to leadership. Ask for assistance and support whenever required. All safety sensitive incidents must be reported to management and HR.

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Fleet Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field of study or equivalent experience, background.
• Additional Experience Desired:
  Between 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Additional Experience Desired:
  Between 1-3 years of experience in mapping tools, communication systems.
• Computer Skills Desired:
  Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Telematics, Outlook, and Reporting.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. This position has an annual estimated salary of $26.00 -$35.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
