Overview

Vehicle Pick Up/Drop Off

Location:

370 Old Route 15, West Milton, PA

Pay: $18.75 per hour with Weekly Pay

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 9 AM - 5:30 PM.

B. Our operators are essential workers who carry out the Authority's mission of helping people gain mobility.

Throughout the day, our Shared Ride Operators safely and courteously transport passengers where they need to go. This is done by ensuring vehicles meet daily inspections, assisting passengers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices, keeping accurate driving records, communicating with dispatch, and reporting to the Site Manager/Operations Supervisor as needed. As an operator, by providing access to safe, reliable transportation, you can connect people to experiences they once believed were out of reach.

Responsibilities
  • Safely and courteously transport passengers to their destinations.
  • Ensure vehicles meet daily inspections and are roadworthy.
  • Assist passengers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
  • Keep accurate driving records and documentation.
  • Communicate with dispatch and report to the Site Manager/Operations Supervisor as needed.
  • Provide access to safe, reliable transportation to connect people to experiences in the community.
Qualifications and expectations
  • Experience or ability to operate a vehicle in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow schedules and maintain driving records and reports.
