The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently supporting the well plugging and abandonment team by transporting equipment and materials to various well sites throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. The position requires day‑to‑day travel, with infrequent overnight stays (2–3 times per month). It is paid weekly, starting at $28 per hour, with a signing bonus available to eligible new employees.

Special focus will be placed on:
- Safely operating and maintaining company‑owned trucks to transport equipment, tools, and materials.
- Transporting skid‑mounted rig equipment, tubulars, and construction equipment.
- Water truck operations:
- Transport and deliver water to well sites.
- Maintain accurate records of water deliveries and usage.
- Winch truck operations:
- Operate the winch truck to assist in the lifting and positioning of heavy equipment.
- Safely load and unload equipment using winch operations.
- Rig operations:
- Assist with moving rigs and associated equipment to and from well sites.
- Ensure proper loading and securing of equipment and materials onto trucks.
- Unload and assist in setting up equipment at the well site as required.
- Perform general maintenance on trucks and equipment, including inspecting, cleaning, fueling, and minor repairs.
- Report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain open communication to coordinate transportation needs and schedules.
- Collaborate with rig employees and other personnel to ensure efficient and smooth project operations.
- Complete necessary paperwork such as trip logs, inspection reports, and delivery receipts accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials and equipment.
- Prioritize safety at all times.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the truck and equipment.
- Report any safety issues or incidents immediately.
- Follow environmental guidelines and best practices to minimize the impact of operations on the environment.
- Other equipment operations support per management discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Hazmat preferred.
- Recent CDL graduates considered, but proven experience as a truck driver with heavy hauling operations in the oil and gas industry preferred.
- Experience with winch trucks preferred.
- Knowledge of local and state commercial guidelines.
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to work in various weather and well site conditions.
- Willingness to travel to remote well sites.
- Must be able to move or traverse from one location on the job site to another, including the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, stoop, kneel, squat, and occasionally ascend or descend ladders or uneven terrain.
- The individual must be able to wear and properly use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel‑toed shoes, or other required equipment.
