Monday–Friday, 5 hours per day

Pay: $19.79 per hour

Cen Clear is seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to join our transportation team. You’ll work with a Bus Aide to provide safe and timely transport for preschool children aged 3–5. Each route includes morning pick‑up and afternoon drop‑off between homes and the Cen Clear Preschool Center. You’ll be provided with a route schedule and roster and report directly to the Transportation Manager
.

• Work approximately 25 hours per week for 175–185 school‑year days, aligned with the school calendar, with required summer training sessions.
• Operate a school bus safely and responsibly on the Wingate Run.
• Partner with your Bus Aide to ensure passenger safety.
• Maintain open communication with your supervisor.
• Attend required meetings and on‑the‑job training.
• Monitor and respond to work email as part of daily responsibilities.
• Practice social responsibility by checking email daily and responding in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional attitude and confidentiality concerning information about Cen Clear staff, children, parents, consumers/clients, and families.

• High School Diploma
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• PennDOT Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B with Passenger and School Bus Endorsement or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Bus driving experience
• Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate
