FIELD SUPERVISOR – TRAFFIC CONTROL DIVISION

Assist Services has an immediate opening for a Traffic Control Foreman. You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day field operations that include site‑required requests and responding to field personnel needs. The area the foreman will be overseeing is Southwestern PA, Northwestern WV, and South Eastern OH (locality varies by customer).

• 2+ years of experience in a Traffic Control or Flagging position (required). Preferred candidates have knowledge of the oil & gas industry and/or transportation.
• All candidates must have at minimum a high school diploma.
• Past supervisory experience is beneficial.

• Excellent organizational skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good people skills and support the goals of the business.
• Team attitude and willing to work hard.
• Provide feedback to management, support & uphold the company discipline outline and assist with implementing coaching techniques within our team.
• Ensure and enforce that Assist teams are demonstrating and obeying State, Federal and local law regulations, as well as Assist Services policies.
• Attend or collect information for the Safety Supervisor regarding any incident that happens in the field.
• Adhere to MUTCD and PUB
  213 guidelines.
• Coordinate daily job duties against work schedule and crews.
• Field phone calls and respond quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI’s or excessive points).
• Ability to pass a standard criminal background check, work verification, a 10‑panel drug screen, and a fit‑for‑duty physical.
• Must be available for day and night shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.

$55,000–$65,000 per year.
