Warehouse Personnel – Party & Events Industry

All Occasions Party Rental, a prestigious event company located in Eighty Four, PA, is seeking first, second, and third shift Warehouse Personnel.

• Loading Trucks
  : prepare equipment, load items onto trucks, secure equipment, check off each piece, complete load sheets, and ensure the truck is ready for transportation.
• Unloading Trucks
  : accept truck deliveries, confirm paperwork, unload items, assist drivers, place items in their designated locations, and report any damage or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading of rental equipment, ensuring they understand proper usage and safety features.
• Perform cleaning procedures for “Ready to Rent” equipment, including use of pressure washers, chemicals, compressed air, and cleaning equipment; verify operation and complete service tags when needed.
• Maintain the warehouse and dock areas: keep shelves dust‑free, sweep the floor, stock the service area, and keep equipment neatly displayed according to diagrams.
• Communicate with supervisors, report safety violations, attend meetings, and fill in for other positions as required to support smooth business operations.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift approximately 70 lbs.
• Professional personal appearance and customer‑relations skills.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge preferred; training on rental software provided.
• Clear English speaking and writing skills; language proficiency is a plus.
• Successful completion of a company drug screen.
• Acceptable attendance record and full range of motion and dexterity.
• Ability to understand and follow written, oral, and scheduled instructions.
• Cooperative working relationship with coworkers; maintain safety regulations and security in store.

• Pay starting at $18.00 per hour with overtime and bonus pay.
