One Source Staffing is hiring a full‑time Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join a respected food production company in Marysville, PA. This direct‑hire position offers long‑term stability, growth potential, and great benefits within a team‑oriented, supportive environment.

As a Shipping/Receiving Crew Member, you’ll help manage the movement of materials, equipment, and products throughout the facility.
Your key responsibilities will include:- Properly storing, rotating, and handling products in the warehouse
- Assembling and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records
- Driving a company vehicle to transport or collect items as needed
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs., frequently up to 75 lbs., and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Availability to work occasional weekends when required
- Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Forklift experience a plus
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Strong communication, safety awareness, and problem‑solving skills
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and DOT physical (company‑provided)
- Steel‑toed boots required — annual $100 reimbursement offered
- Ability to read and write in English
