Class A CDL Driver

• Transport Goods:
  Safely drive and deliver cargo across local, regional runs, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Vehicle Inspections:
  Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition, checking fuel, oil levels, tires, lights, and brakes.
• Loading and Unloading:
  Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secured properly and distributed evenly to maintain vehicle balance.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks detailing hours driven, mileage, and cargo details, in compliance with federal regulations.
• Customer Interaction:
  Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, obtaining signatures and communicating effectively with clients.

• Valid CDL:
  Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License for at least 2 years with a clean driving record.
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift heavy items and endure long hours of driving.
• Knowledge of Regulations:
  Understanding of federal DOT regulations and company policies regarding transportation and safety.
• Route Planning:
  Ability to plan efficient routes using GPS or traditional maps, adapting to road conditions as necessary.
