As the Head Performance Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing training operations, developing and implementing performance programming, mentoring other coaches, and ensuring an elite training experience. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a results-driven, energetic, and team-oriented culture.

Job Summary- Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
- Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
- Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
- Lead group and individual performance training sessions for youth athletes, teams, and adults.
- Design and implement training programs tailored to various athletic levels and ages.
- Mentor, train, and manage coaches and interns.
- Track athlete progress and adjust program as needed.
- Represent D1 in the community and at local events to grow awareness and drive memberships.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating training environment.
- Collaborate with General Manager and other staff to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Create social media content.
- Connect with local clubs, teams, and coaches to create brand awareness.
- Base salary of 40-45k.
- Uncapped commission.

- Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
- Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
- Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
- Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
