Youth Sports and Fitness Coach

Overview

Help Jump Bunch create a healthier, happier world by guiding kids through fitness and movement-based activities. Jump Bunch of NW and SW Pittsburgh provides the equipment and lesson plans; you bring a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in the lives of kids. This is a part-time, mobile coaching role with outdoor and indoor classes as weather allows.

• Lead movement-based activities and teach kids through a variety of sports and fitness activities.
• Travel to assigned communities to conduct classes (locations include Upper St. Clair, Peters Twp., Bethel Park, South Park, Collier Twp., and Fox Chapel).
• Ensure a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children aged 18 months to 12 years.
• Prepare and deliver lessons using Jump Bunch-provided equipment and curriculum.
• Maintain reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Comply with background check/FBI fingerprinting requirements as applicable.

• Upbeat, fun attitude and enjoyment of playing sports.
• Experience playing sports and/or coaching children.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to listed communities.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Must pass background check/fingerprint as required by state.

Part-time position with variable hours ranging from approximately 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. There is flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Pay rate: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour.
