Group Fitness Personal Trainer

We're seeking high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training at our studio.

The ideal candidates:

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing, understanding team
• Are positive, professional, and value personal connections
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy meeting new people to keep members happy

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form and provide regressions and progressions as needed
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Minimum 1-year experience as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends and flexible hours
• Strong character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, comfortable with public speaking
• Active social media usage (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay on feet and move constantly during workouts

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification
