Java Tech Lead

Experience requested: 10 & Above

• Technical Leadership:
  Provide expert guidance in Java/J2EE, Spring, microservices, and related tech (AWS, databases); define architecture, standards, and design patterns.
• Team Management:
  Lead, mentor, train, and motivate developers; manage tasks, performance, and code reviews.
• Software Development:
  Oversee the full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment) for high-performance applications, creating detailed designs and prototypes.
• Project Delivery:
  Liaise with stakeholders, estimate efforts, identify risks, ensure timely delivery, and manage project reporting.
• Quality Assurance:
  Enforce coding standards, best practices, and implement tools (Sonar Qube, Jenkins, JUnit) for code quality and automation.

• Java Ecosystem:
  Deep knowledge of Java, OOP, Design Patterns, Spring Framework (Core, Boot, MVC), Microservices.
• Architecture:
  Application design, system architecture, cloud (AWS/Azure), database (SQL/No
  
  SQL).
• Tools:
  Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Methodologies:
  Agile, Scrum, Dev Ops.

• Communication, problem-solving, mentoring, leadership.
