Tremendis looking for aTechnical Lead to join our team of bright thinkers and doers.

You’lluse your problem-solving creativity to figure out our client’s most complex and challenging problems across different industries. We are on a mission to transform the world, and you will be instrumental in shaping how we do it with your ideas, thoughts, and solutions.

• Lead the design and development of Java-based applications and services
• Define and evolve system architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Act as a technical decision-maker and point of escalation for complex issues
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, and critical system components
• Mentor and coach engineers, supporting technical and career growth
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (clean code, testing, CI/CD)
• Ensure software quality, performance, security, and scalability
• Participate in planning, estimation, and delivery commitments
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, primarily with Java
• Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), OOP, and design patterns
• Extensive experience with Spring / Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience in a people-management or player-coach role
• Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Dev Ops and CI/CD experience (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions etc.)
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS)
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, Azure Service Bus)
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with security best practices
