As our AI/ML Engineer, you will develop, deploy, and optimize AI services, multi‑agent systems, and AI/ML models, focusing on delivering model quality, consistency, and performance across the Fullthrottle,ai platform. You’ll work hands‑on within the AWS AI toolset, AWS Bedrock, the latest agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AWS AI services to drive innovation and reliability in our AI solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in implementing AI features, multi‑agent orchestration, designing prompt engineering workflows, Machine Learning features, fine‑tuning foundation models, and integrating robust guardrails for compliance and quality.

• AI Features:
  Develop and deliver our platform’s AI Features via AWS Cloud AI functions and services.
• Multi‑Agent Orchestration:
  Implement multi‑agent orchestration using agentic AI frameworks.
• RAG Pipeline Development:
  Build and optimize Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for scalable, high‑quality outputs.
• Prompt Engineering:
  Design prompt engineering workflows to ensure consistent and reliable model outputs.
• Model Evaluation & Tuning:
  Evaluate and fine‑tune Bedrock foundation models (Claude, Titan, etc.) for optimal performance.
• Compliance & Guardrails:
  Integrate model guardrails to ensure compliance and maintain high standards of quality and reliability.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience developing and deploying AI/ML services in production environments.
• Technical Expertise:
  Expert‑level Python and AWS SDK (boto3) skills.
• AWS AI Services:
  Hands‑on experience with Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, and Sage Maker.
• Production AI Deployment:
  Proven experience deploying AI features/services and ML models to production environments.li>
• Debugging & Optimization:
  Strong debugging, data engineering, and prompt optimization skills.
• Education/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI/ML or AWS are a plus.
• Collaboration:
  
  Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• You haven’t previously developed and deployed AI/ML services in production environments.
• You prefer a slow‑moving environment and are not comfortable with the pace of a startup.
• You prefer to react to problems rather than plan ahead strategically.
• You do not want to be hands‑on with the technical details of the role.
