Senior DevOps Engineer; AWS, K8s, Terraform, Docker IRC

Description

We are looking for Senior Dev Ops Engineer who can join the team. Our Client is a transnational company that owns numerous products within the Finance domain, and our application is advanced solution designed to streamline and secure the exchange of financial messages between banks, corporates, and financial institutions. The platform provides a centralized system to manage financial transactions, automate workflows, and ensure compliance with global financial messaging standards.

• Kubernetes / Docker experience
• Knowledge of Postgre
  
  SQL/ Cassandra DB / Elastic
• Terraform/Ansible experience
• Configuration management tools
  • Experienced in building new puppet manifests to deploy new applications using classes and modules
• Git Ops knowledge & related CI/CD tools from Dev to Prod
  • Experienced in building Gitlab or Jenkins pipelines and ArgoCD or Flux
• Intermediate scripting languages
  • Bash - Golang - Power Shell - Python - Ruby
  • Working with APIs
• Knowledge in IP Networking
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Passion for automation, and knowledge of state-of-the-art tools and methodology
• Understanding the IT/Network security challenge
  • Certificates management, Encryption principles
• Basic understanding of Java applications / Spring Boot, microservices)
• Basic monitoring administration
• Intermediate virtualization administration
  • Experienced in AWS or Azure

• Develop and maintain Dev Ops tools
• Support SaaS Operation & Product Development department to implement and use Dev Ops tools
• Develop automation tools & work closely with customers onboarding
• Contribute to the strategic SaaS platform development deployments
• Handle the release of the application to UAT and Production
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis
• Develop appropriate monitoring and reporting
• Onboard new products or solution
• Works with customer onboarding team and provides automation solutions
• Work with Developers at all phases of the process to ensure the product is designed with Dev Ops requirements in mind
• Work on both tactical (current packaging processes) and strategic (Dev Ops and automation) activities
• Contribute to the delivery of the application, ensuring it is performant and available 24×7.
