Architect ML​/Physical AI IRC

The GL EMEA Regional CTO Office is expanding its capabilities in Physical AI and is seeking an experienced Physical AI Architect to support strategic initiatives across the EMEA region.
This role will focus on advancing AI solutions that operate at the intersection of software, data, and the physical world, enabling real-world impact across autonomous systems, intelligent machines, and sensor-driven applications.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software or ML engineering
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in LLM / Generative AI development
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with modern ML/AI stacks
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Experience building RAG pipelines (e.g. FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus) and working with vector embeddings
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (Lang Chain, DSPy, CrewAI, Lang Graph)
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, Sage Maker, Azure OpenAI) and MLOps principles
• Practical understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, data cleaning, schema design)
• Experience applying AI/ML solutions in physical or real‑world systems (Physical AI), such as robotics, autonomous systems, perception, control, or sensor‑driven applications
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Design, implement, and optimize GenAI pipelines
• Develop prompt engineering frameworks
• Build agentic systems using various frameworks for autonomous and/or multi‑step reasoning
• Architect and deploy GenAI APIs and services
• Establish LLMOps practice: versioning, benchmarking, and monitoring
• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL and knowledge ingestion pipelines
• Implement GenAI UX layers (chat interfaces, dashboards, plugins)
• Support pre‑sales PoCs and cross‑functional demos showcasing GenAI capabilities
