Join Oracle’s Fusion Security Team as an IC3 Software Engineer to design and deliver innovative security solutions for our industry-leading Fusion Cloud Applications. In this senior technical role, you will develop advanced security features and products, using modern programming languages like Java or Python, that will protect Oracle's internal infrastructure as well as Oracle Fusion customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agile development, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on secure coding and Dev Sec Ops  practices.

With 4+ years of experience in cloud security or software engineering, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing our platform’s resilience, ensuring compliance, and delivering world-class solutions to global customers.

The position necessitates excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of computer science concepts, proficiency in Java, J2EE, Web Services, SQL, and shell scripting tools, experience with cloud security, web security(OWASP), working knowledge of Git Hub/Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, experience building highly available services, and knowledge of cloud storage technologies.

• Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms)
• Proficient in at Java, J2EE, Web Services, SQL and shell scripting tools
• Strong working experience on Git Hub/Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle
• Experienced at building highly available services, possessing knowledge of common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols
• Experience with Cloud technologies like Compute, Load Balancing, Storage, etc
