We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Generative AI and Intelligent Automation to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

About the Role - Senior Software Engineer – Generative AI and Intelligent Automation

Process Transformation & Intelligent Automation (PTIA) group is looking for Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and intelligent automation technologies. This role involves working on end-to-end application architecture, development, and deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

• Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions using Generative AI frameworks.
• Architect and implement intelligent automation solutions, integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks into business processes.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to develop reusable solutions and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Drive the development of AI-powered automation workflows and solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in the discovery and analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Design and build solutions to enhance the capabilities of AI and automation platforms.
• Apply knowledge of statistical analysis, data analytics, and machine learning fundamentals to develop intelligent systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI and automation platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage non-production environments for rapid application development, including platform and tool configuration.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, deployment, and release management.
• Ensure quality assurance of automation solutions through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Perform security analysis and participate in security reviews to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises.

• Essential:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, frameworks, and tools (e.g., OpenAI, Lang Chain, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with Python, Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including statistical analysis and data analytics.
• Experience with automation tools and platforms, and AI-driven workflows.
• CRISP-DM, including Agile methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
• Knowledge of OCR tools and document understanding frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and MLOps practices.
• Knowledge of security best practices and risk management methodologies.
• Experience in managing non-production environments, including server management and tool configuration.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
