Weight Watchers is a global digital health company. We are the #1 doctor-recommended – and most clinically studied – behavioral weight health program in the world.

As the science of weight health rapidly evolves, we’re developing new clinical pathways for medication access, behavioral programs for chronic conditions, third‑party integrations, and product personalization. Our mobile app is the primary tool for most members, and we’re designing new in‑person experiences to expand our impact.

Our Field Team is comprised of Coaches and Guides who establish connections with members and create inclusive in‑person communities at our Studio locations. They inspire members to develop healthy habits, teaching them how to eat healthier while still enjoying their favorite foods, move more, sleep better, and shift their mindset, all while fostering community and belonging.

• Deliver an exceptional studio experience by creating a welcoming environment for members, managing check‑ins, enrolling and processing members in the system.
• Build strong community connections by seeking partnership opportunities, attracting new members and creating brand awareness while representing WW at internal and external events.
• Focus on member recruitment and retention by building relationships with members and providing the tools or products they need to succeed.
• Ensure workshop guidelines are followed and maintain studio cleanliness, including stocking shelves with products.

• Passionate about wellness and a current or prospective WW member.
• Excellent at active listening and providing assistance to members.
• Social media savvy or content creator.
• Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Interested in a flexible, part‑time schedule.

Base salary may vary depending on skills, experience, and location. This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

US Pay Range: $15 - $18 USD
